หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ

1.Cross-check information related to executed transactions across various products.
2.Define and develop end-to-end operation workflow and improvement process to better business support, minimize operational risks and optimize operational efficiency.
3.Submit relevant reports to regulators 
4.Develop the abilities of team members and strengthen their work skills to deliver higher efficiency.
5.Responsible for receiving and checking transaction to conform with relevant regulations before routing transaction to investment product team.
6.Verify the accuracy and completeness of documents for all customer’s instructions.
7.Verify and reconcile daily order transactions to ensure all transactions have been booked accurately in the system.
8.Verify and reconcile with the settlement of transaction with local and global custodian.
9.Verify and reconcile fee payment and sale incentive information.
10.Reconcile of the trading settlement, deposit and withdrawal and other transactions handled by settlement.
11.Manage, supervise and solve issues that occurred for daily settlement operations. 
Perform related duties as assigned.

1.Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration,  
2.Minimum 3 - 8 years’ experiences in all types of investment – finance industry, equity, fixed income, mutual funds, derivatives and etc.
3.Knowledge about complex investment products is preferred
4.Proficient in Excel and Bloomberg Terminal
5.Proficient communication in English including reading and listening
6.Able to provide business as well as technical requirement to information technology team to enhance relevant systems.

6.จัดทำเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้องกับฝ่าย
 

1.วุฒิปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป สาขาบัญชี การเงิน เศรษฐศาสตร์ หรือสาขาอื่นๆที่เกี่ยวข้อง
2.บุคลิกดี มีความกระตือรือร้น สนใจการเรียนรู้
3.สามารถใช้ MS Office ได้เป็นอย่างดี
4.มีทักษะในการติดต่อประสานงาน และทักษะในการสื่อสารที่ดี
5.ถ้ามีประสบการณ์ด้านหลักทรัพย์จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ

เพศชาย/หญิง
จบการศึกษาปริญญาตรี/โท สาขาสถิติ บัญชี การเงิน เศรษฐศาสตร์ หรืออื่นๆที่เกี่ยวข้อง
มีใบอนุญาตนักวิเคราะห์ด้านปัจจัยพื้นฐาน นักวิเคราะห์ปัจจัยทางเทคนิค CISA หรือ CFA จะได้รับพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ 
มีประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 2-3 ปี ด้านวิเคราะห์หลักทรัพย์ วิเคราะห์เศรษฐกิจ หรือเป็นผู้ช่วยนักวิเคราะห์
มีความสามารถในด้านการเขียน การนำเสนอข้อมูลต่างๆ การจัดทำบทวิเคราะห์
มีความสามารถในด้านการใช้งานโปรแกรมต่างๆ ที่เกี่ยวกับการจัดทำบทวิเคราะห์หลักทรัพย์ได้ดี

• Generate business development ideas for sectors under responsibility assigned.
•  Execute the preparation of all necessary important  documentations (agreements with clients, roadshow materials,filings to SEC/SET) and generate ideas and concepts for presentations to internal stakeholder and external clients
•  Analyze financial models and verify the correctness and completeness of financial models
•  Financial modeling & valuation, presentation, related industries
•  Investment Banking products equity, M&A , property fund, infrastructure fund

• แนะนำและประชาสัมพันธ์ธุรกรรมและบริการต่างๆ ของบริษัทฯ แก่ลูกค้าและนักลงทุนกลุ่มเป้าหมาย
• ประสานงานระหว่างสายงานของตนกับฝ่ายปฏิบัติการ เพื่อให้บริการที่ดีแก่ลูกค้า
